Dear Small Business Owner,
You don't have a marketing problem.
You have a system problem.
Business slows down.
You hire an agency.
They run some ads. Maybe redo the website. Maybe send you a few leads.
A few months in, you're paying $3,500 a month. And the phone rings about the same as it did before you started.
So you cancel.
Everything stops. Not just the leads. The whole system stops, because there was never a system. Just a tactic, rented by the month.
Six months later, it goes quiet again. You hire the next agency. Same story, new logo.
Every home service owner has lived some version of this. Most have lived it three or four times, with three or four different agencies.
Here's the part nobody tells you.
The problem was never the tactic. Not the ads. Not the website. Not the SEO guy.
The problem is you've been buying tactics one at a time, when what you actually need is one system that runs all of them together.
The Case Against The Latest Marketing Hype
(Even When It Works)
That's seven things competing for your attention, your budget, and your time. And the list gets longer every year.
Every one of them gets sold to you as the answer.
Tactics have their place, of course.
But you've got limited time. Limited people. Limited budget.
Every tactic you add without a system behind it is one more thing pulling your attention, your budget, and your time in a different direction.
A $15,000 website is money down the drain if you can get something 95% as good for 1/10th the cost.
Ranking #1 on Google sounds great. It can also take 18 months to get there. That's 18 months of paying for a promise instead of a customer.
Every business wants more leads. But if nobody's following up on them within the first five minutes, most of them call the next name on the list. You paid for a lead. Someone else got the job.
There are hundreds of tactics out there.
But a tactic without a system just keeps you on the treadmill. Money goes out. Not enough comes back in. And you're more tired than when you started.
It's like walking into a hardware store with no blueprint, buying tools one at a time, and hoping a house shows up.
Before you spend one more dollar chasing a new customer, there's almost always money already sitting inside your business. It's not hiding. It's just not being asked for.
With most of the businesses I work with, we find $5,000… $10,000… hiding in plain sight. Past clients who loved the work. They just haven't heard from you in a while.
That list of past clients? That's your asset. It's worth more than any ad campaign you've ever run, because you already paid to get those people.
Find that money first, and now you're playing with the house's money. Everything else gets easier. And a lot more fun.
One Simple Letter. 40 Past Clients.
$600,000 In Thirty Days.
Three business owners. Three different trades. A list of their past clients. Same letter, adapted. Here's what happened:
David Crocco
High-end service business
Clients love him. But a lot of them hadn't booked new work in a while. Life gets in the way. People forget.
He didn't run ads. Didn't touch his website. Didn't invent a new offer. He mailed a two-page letter I wrote for him to about 40 people already on his client list. That's it. One weekend of work.
From one letter. From people he already knew.
Barbara Veracruse
Brand new, no client list
She was brand new and didn't have a client list. So she mailed the same letter to 23 people who already knew her and trusted her. Same idea, sized down. A letter with a personal touch.
Cost of the campaign: $100 in postage.
That's 120x what she spent.
Edwin Gara
20 years in business
Good reputation. But the phone had gone quiet. I walked him through the mechanism. He ran it himself.
A few weeks in, he had to pause the campaign. His crew couldn't keep up with the new work coming in.
Edwin didn't have a new-customer problem. He had a stopped-talking-to-old-customers problem.
Look at what all three have in common.
Nobody bought traffic. Nobody bought an ad. Nobody signed up for a new platform or a new monthly tool.
Every one of them started with something they already owned: a list of people who already knew them, liked them, and trusted them.
And every one of them used a system to reach that list with the right message at the right time.
That's the whole idea. Not a new tactic. A system built around an asset you already have.
What Happens After We Install The MCME System In Your Business
Most marketing works like a faucet. Turn it on, leads flow. Turn it off, they stop. Every month, you're back at zero.
The MCME System doesn't work like a faucet. It works like a flywheel.
Each turn makes the next turn a little easier. And every turn stores a little more momentum underneath the business, whether you're watching it or not.
Here's what a "turn" actually looks like inside your business.
- →
A past client gets reactivated. That's revenue today, and a referral source tomorrow.
- →
A job wraps. A review request goes out on its own. You didn't have to remember.
- →
A review lands on Google. Your profile climbs. It closes leads for you while you're on a different job entirely.
- →
A lead comes in. It gets a response in seconds, not hours, so it doesn't slip to the next contractor down the list.
- →
A follow-up fires on autopilot. A quote closes that you would've forgotten to chase.
None of those sound huge by themselves.
After twelve months, every part of your business is a little stronger. Not because you got lucky. Because the system's been quietly doing its job while you were doing yours.
Past clients get reactivated. Revenue comes in. The first wave of reviews hits Google.
Review count is climbing. Referrals pick up on their own. Old leads you'd written off start closing, because follow-up finally caught them.
You're answering faster than anyone else in your market. Your online reputation runs deeper than your competitor's. Your past-client list isn't a dead spreadsheet anymore. It's a referral network that runs itself.
The whole business looks different. Not because you got lucky. Because you've owned a system that's been quietly storing momentum for a full year, one turn at a time.
A faucet gives you water while it's running.
A flywheel keeps spinning after you let go.
That's the difference between renting your marketing and owning it. And it's the real reason this system matters more than any tactic you'll ever buy.
Your Business Is More Valuable When It Doesn't Need You Standing In The Middle Of It
A business is worth more when you're not the one holding it together.
Right now, you probably answer the phone… You follow up on quotes… You ask for reviews (when you remember). You check in on old clients when you find the time.
When you stop, it all stops.
That's not a business you own. That's a job that happens to have your name on the building.
The MCME System changes that.
The phone gets answered while you're out on a job. Past clients hear from you while you're at your kid's baseball game. Reviews come in while you're out of town.
Follow-up runs at 7am on Saturday. You're enjoying your morning coffee while the system is hard at work.
Here's what that gets you:
- ★ Predictable revenue, instead of a good month followed by a scary one.
- ★ Lead flow that doesn't dry up the second you stop chasing it.
- ★ A reputation online that pulls in better clients on its own.
- ★ A business that's worth more to a buyer, a bank, or your own kid, because it doesn't collapse the day you step away.
- ★ All of it, without you standing in the middle holding the whole thing up.
In one word, the MCME System gives you what you actually want.
Options.
You built this business with your own hands. You should get to decide what happens next.
Cut your hours. Take a real vacation, the kind where your phone stays in the hotel room. Hand the business to your kid. Sell it on your terms, for what it's actually worth. Or use your free time to start the next thing.
That's what happens when you stop buying tactics one at a time, and install one system that runs the whole business underneath you.
Let's Have A Strategic Conversation
Click the button on this page and schedule a 30-minute strategic conversation with me. (And no worries, I'm covering the expense of your session).
The way I run these calls is probably different from what you're used to.
Here's exactly what happens when you book.
Thirty minutes. Just you and me. I ask questions. You talk. I listen.
Then I tell you what I actually see. Where the money's leaking. Where the fastest win is hiding. What the smartest next move is to get more clients in your pipeline and more hours back on your calendar.
Here's why I run it this way…
Hard selling creates bad clients.
I've consulted with small business owners for over 20 years. Every time I've talked someone into working with me who wasn't already leaning in, it went badly. For them. For me. So I stopped doing it.
By the end of the thirty minutes, one of two things will be true:
We're not a fit right now. That happens more than you'd think. You'll still walk away with a clearer picture of your business and one thing you can go do this week. No hard feelings. Maybe we talk again in six months. Maybe we don't.
It's obvious you'd rather have this system built for you than spend the next year piecing it together yourself. If that's where we land, we'll talk about the investment and what happens next.
No pitch. No hard sell. No pressure to decide anything while we're on the phone.
You'll walk away with a clear read on where your business actually stands. One next move you can make this week to bring in more clients. And a picture of what your business looks like with a real system running underneath it.
Whether we ever work together or not.
About Tim
Everything you just read isn't theory. It's what I run inside my own businesses.
I've built more than one company to seven figures. Different industries. Same playbook every time: I spend my hours on the parts of the business I'm actually good at. Everything else runs on a system I built once and don't have to rebuild every Monday.
Right now, I run More Clients Made Easy the same way. The system handles the marketing. My team handles the delivery. I'm not answering emails at 11pm or chasing leads on a Saturday.
Which is why I have time for this.
I take every strategy call myself. No closer. No sales rep. No SDR. Just me, on the other end of the line.
Why?
First, I believe in delivering massive value for my clients. And this 30 minutes is the most valuable thing I can offer you until you're an official MCME client.
Second, I'm not trying to sell you. I'm interested in starting a real relationship and potential partnership with each of the clients I work with. The best client relationships I've had have run for years, not months. A few turned into real partnerships. A couple turned into businesses I now own a piece of.
I show up. I do the work. If it's working, we keep going.
My mission.
I want to help 1,000 small business owners grow to seven figures in profit while working less than 20 hours a week. So you have options: a real vacation, handing the business to your kid, mentoring the next guy coming up, selling at the highest price it's ever been worth.
This matters to me because I've watched too many good business owners dream about freedom and end up stuck running a job with their name on the building.
I don't want that for you.
You and me. Thirty minutes. Let's see what's actually sitting in your business.
Sincerely,
Tim Tarango

FAQ
"This sounds expensive."
Fair question. Here's how I'd answer it.
The expensive thing isn't the system. It's another year of running your business like a job instead of owning one. That year costs you a lot more than any invoice I'd send.
We don't sell a flat package. We build the most important piece first, the one your specific business needs most right now, and go from there. It depends on where the money's leaking in your business, which is exactly what we figure out on the call.
"I don't have time to service the clients I already have."
I hear this a lot, and it's usually a good sign, not a bad one. It means you're already busy.
The system doesn't dump more leads on you and walk away. It fills the gaps your business already has: the past clients nobody's called, the reviews nobody's asked for, the quotes that went cold. Most of that work happens on autopilot, not on your to-do list. You stay exactly as busy as you want to be. You just stop leaving money sitting on the table while you're busy.
"I've been burned by agencies before."
Good. That means you already understand the problem this page opened with.
Every agency you've hired sold you a tactic. Ads. A website. SEO. Something that stops the second you stop paying. This isn't another tactic rented by the month. It's a system installed once, built around an asset you already own, your past clients and your reputation. It doesn't go away when a contract ends, because there's no contract to run out.
"How is this different from [other marketing company]?"
Most marketing companies sell you traffic. More clicks, more leads, more calls. That's a faucet. Pay them, water flows. Stop paying, it stops.
We build a system. Part of it runs off assets you already own, your past clients, your reviews, your reputation, things no ad campaign can sell you because you already have them. The rest runs off getting new leads answered and followed up on so fewer of them slip away. It's the difference between renting a faucet and owning a well.
"Does this work for my specific trade?"
The mechanism doesn't care what trade you're in. It's worked for a high-end service business, a small operator with a network of 23 people, and a 20-year veteran with a dormant client list nobody had touched. Plumbing, roofing, HVAC, landscaping, it's the same underlying asset in every one of those businesses: people who already know you.
What changes by trade is the message and the offer. That's exactly what we work out on the call.
